ChatInsight.AI stores users' knowledge bases and all conversation records on Sand Studio's servers. The cloud infrastructure for all Sand Studio products is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The platform provides a secure network and computing environment, including But not limited to firewalls, data encryption, DDoS mitigation, etc, at the network, application, and instance levels. All Sand Studio servers are housed in secure ISO 27001-compliant compliant data centers with state-of-the-art security controls in place. In addition, all servers storing sensitive data are located in Silicon Valley in the United States and Germany.

One of the unique features of ChatInsight is its Member Management system. This feature allows you to invite employees to join the management of ChatInsight, further enhancing the security of your operations. Only authorized employees can access the knowledge base and the AI chatbot, ensuring that your data and resources are protected. Moreover, you can assign different roles and permissions to employees, such as editing, viewing, and managing, allowing you to maintain control over who can do what within the system. This not only strengthens security but also promotes efficient collaboration within your team.
When sharing a chatbot, ChatInsight.AI provides a range of security settings. You can set IP Address and Password Restrictions, and specify Allowed Domains, ensuring that your chatbot can only be accessed by authorized individuals.
When reviewing conversations between chatbots and their users, ChatInsight anonymizes the information to effectively protect user privacy.
We use Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to provide you with GPT3.5 and GPT4 services, rather than directly using the OpenAI API. Azure OpenAI provides private networking, regional availability, and responsible AI content filtering.
The Azure OpenAI Service is fully controlled by Microsoft, with OpenAI models hosted within Microsoft's Azure environment. It does not interact with any services operated by OpenAI, such as ChatGPT or the OpenAI API.
Azure OpenAI Service inherits the security and compliance of Microsoft Azure, providing multiple layers of data protection and privacy controls. In addition, Azure OpenAI Service complies with multiple international standards such as GDPR and HIPAA. It meets corporate compliance requirements, commits to customer data protection, provides privacy mechanisms, and strictly adheres to Responsible AI Principles.
All your data, including knowledge base, customer and chatbot conversations, customer prompts (input), and completions (output):
* Will not be visible to OpenAI.
* Will not be used to improve OpenAI models.
* Will not be used to improve any Microsoft or third-party product or service.
* Will not be used to automatically improve the Azure OpenAI models used by ChatInsight.
* It will not be used for any statistics and analysis other than providing services to you.
* Will not be visible to other customers, including Sand Studio and any other customers of Microsoft. Unless you choose to expose knowledge base references to your users in ChatInsight.
